Our Stories Bring Us Into Community…

My journey has been anything but ordinary—marked by moments of doubt, discovery, and a deep, evolving connection to the divine. Father Richard Rohr’s words, "God comes to us disguised as our lives," resonate with me profoundly, reminding me that our daily experiences are sacred invitations to growth and connection.

In the mid-2000s, I went through a period of faith deconstruction that was challenging, yet transformative. It led me toward becoming a Spiritual Director, passionate about helping others navigate their unique paths to wholeness and purpose. I've come to believe that our spiritual lives thrive when we embrace the present moment, meeting God and ourselves exactly as we are.

Alongside spiritual direction, I’m deeply engaged with the Somatic Enneagram, a transformative approach pioneered by Marion Gilbert. As a certified teacher and teaching faculty member in her program, I use this powerful method to help clients connect to their bodies and experiences in profound ways. This work has shifted how I interact with the world, and I co-host The Somatic Enneagram Podcast with Marion, where we explore this practice in depth.

Whether you’re seeking a compassionate guide in your faith journey, a life coach to navigate transitions, or support in exploring the Enneagram for personal growth, I offer an open, affirming space—both in person in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and online via Zoom. Using he/him pronouns, I’m committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

Let's explore together.
