The Sacred Shape

Explore your type. Reshape Your Spiritual Practices. Discover Your Unique Path.

You have been shaped - by your body, your mind, your spirit, and the patterns you’ve lived with for years. Your Enneagram type, your earliest relationships, and your life story all leave their imprint deep within you, often before words or conscious awareness. These patterns influence how you relate to yourself and others, how you protect yourself, and how you search for meaning.

If you feel a deep inner calling to move beyond surface-level understanding and quick fixes, you are not alone. Perhaps you are ready to step more fully into your own contemplative world with patience, courage, and a compassionate heart. This journey invites you to slow down, to listen closely to the wisdom of your body and soul, and to gently meet the patterns that have shaped you.

Reshaping begins with presence. For most people, this work starts by making a conscious commitment to become more curious about your inner world and more rooted in spiritual practices that align with who you truly are. You need a starting place. You need a map that honors your unique path, grounded in the insights of the Enneagram and attuned to the longings of your spirit.

What To Expect

  • In the 75-minute Somatic Foundations and Enneagram Landing Session, you will explore how your unique Enneagram type lives in your body. Together, we will set clear intentions for your journey ahead.

  • You will receive a custom PDF guide filled with somatic and spiritual practices tailored to your Enneagram type, designed to support you in cultivating a deeper connection with yourself.

  • During the 60-minute Spiritual Practice Session, you will reflect on your current spiritual rhythms. You will receive creative, personalized guidance on practices that nourish and begin to reshape your inner life.

  • In the 50-minute Integration Session, you will have space to check in, reflect on what is emerging within you, and receive sacred listening and support as you continue to orient your life with presence.

What You Will Need

If you are ready to meet this process with intention, honesty, and care, what unfolds will depend not on effort, but on your willingness to stay present with yourself. This work asks you to be real—with your longings, your resistance, your questions, and your capacity. It requires your attention, not your perfection. What you bring to the space shapes what is possible. And when you bring your full self, something sacred opens. This is not about fixing or forcing change, but about allowing a deeper intelligence—within your body and spirit—to guide you gently toward what’s next. In that space, true transformation can take root.
Embodied. Sustainable. Real.

The Sacred Shape is a $700 investment in your inner life. That’s not a small amount—but neither is the cost of staying disconnected from your body, unsure of your spiritual path, or repeating the same patterns that keep you stuck. This work is for those who are ready to tend to what’s underneath the surface, to find practices that actually support their transformation, and to reconnect with the deep wisdom already within them. If that’s what you long for, this is a powerful and grounded place to begin.
