If you’ve spent any time exploring the Enneagram, you’ve probably noticed something: most of the work happens in the head or the heart. That’s where Embodied Wisdom: A Somatic Approach to the Enneagram comes in. This four-week online course is designed to bring your body into the conversation, helping you connect with the full spectrum of your being—head, heart, and body.

Why Your Body Matters

Think about the last time you felt stressed or stuck. Chances are, your body had already reacted—tight shoulders, a racing heart, shallow breathing—but your mind might not have caught up yet. By paying attention to the body, we uncover patterns of fight, flight, or freeze, and begin to respond rather than react.

In this course, you’ll learn somatic tools to help you notice and shift these patterns. The goal isn’t just self-awareness—it’s a deeper sense of ease, alignment, and clarity in your daily life.

What the Course Looks Like

Over four interactive sessions, we’ll explore:

  • Week 1: Introduction to the Somatic Enneagram and the three Centers of Intelligence—head, heart, and body.

  • Week 2: Understanding resistance and the dynamics of your type.

  • Week 3: Harmony Triads and how different types navigate relationships and stability.

  • Week 4: Integration with guided somatic processes and closing reflections.

Whether you’re brand new to the Enneagram or a longtime student, these sessions offer fresh insights, practical tools, and opportunities to connect with others on the same journey.

Who Leads the Course

I’m Aaron Manes, a Certified Facilitator in the Marion Gilbert Method of the Somatic Enneagram. I love guiding people into spaces where they can explore, learn, and feel—head, heart, and body. My goal is to make the Enneagram not just something you think about or feel, but something you embody.
