Embodied Wisdom: A Somatic Approach to Working with the Enneagram invites you to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and experience the Enneagram in a deeper, more holistic way.
Across four interactive sessions, you’ll explore how the three Centers of Intelligence—head, heart, and body—shape your patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting. Through guided practices like breath work, grounding, and attention training, you’ll discover practical tools to move from stress and resistance toward clarity, balance, and ease.
Led by Aaron Manes, Certified Facilitator in the Marion Gilbert Method of the Somatic Enneagram, this course combines teaching, group discussion, and somatic processes for a dynamic, engaging experience. Whether you’re brand new to the Enneagram or a longtime student, you’ll leave with fresh insights, greater compassion, and embodied practices to support your growth.
